Who We Are

If you want flexible hours, a caseload that's actually manageable, and a team that treats clinical development as a non-negotiable, this is your sign.

Why OTs Stay Here:

  • Truly flexible, part-time hours - We are looking for coverage Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We'd love to work around your availability on any or all of those days!

  • Play-based, sensory driven treatment - ball pits, swings, rice bins, not worksheets

  • Built-in multidisciplinary team - OTs, SLPs, PTs & LCSWs under one roof, so you're never treating in a silo

  • Mentorship that's real, not a checkbox - for newly licensed practitioners and seasoned OTs alike

  • Quality over volume - we built this clinic so therapists don't burn out

  • Competitive per visit and admin time rates
